Osha Investigating Deadly Industrial Accident In Eastern PA

Oscar C. Martinez Bravo died from multiple injuries at Mazza Iron and Steel at 60 Solar Drive, according to the Bucks County Coroner's Office. 

His manner of death was ruled accidental, Coroner Meredith Buck said.
